1. Guests are informed that the Hotel accommodates only women and therefore certain restrictions and regulations are required to be maintained for the safety of all guests.  
  2. The Hotel Guests are strictly prohibited from carrying weapons, poisonous / banned substances or drugs.  Hotel Guests should not violate any law. Any violation of law will be reported to the police and / or other Government authority.  If a Guest is found by the Management or any government authority violating any law, the Guest shall be held solely responsible and the Management shall not be held responsible in any manner.  In the event of any damages and loss is suffered by the management due to any illegal activity of any Guest all losses caused to the Management shall be recovered from the Guests.
  3. Ragging / use of abusive language, arguing with staff/ management, other aggressive behaviour, fighting etc are strictly prohibited. If a Guest is found guilty of directly/indirectly involved in such activities she shall be immediately removed from the Hotel Premises and any advance amount shall not be refunded.
  4. Only the Hotel Guest is permitted to stay in their room. No visitors are allowed to visit Guests in their rooms. If any outsider is found in the room the entire advance paid by the Guest amount shall be forfeited by the Management and the Guest shall be asked to leave the Hotel immediately. You are allowed to have visitors in the Reception and Cafeteria area only. Visitors can also use the Cafeteria services. 
  5. Smoking, Alcohol & Narcotic consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the premises. Strict action will be taken against offenders.
  1. There will be regular hours for entry and exit from the Hotel.  You can return to UREST by 11 pm.  If you need to come later than that or come the next day,  you need Book A Service Request on our app/website. 
  2. Guests having any Chronic/Communicable disease are not allowed to stay in the Hotel. Guests feeling sick or feel symptoms of sickness should report the same to hotel management for evacuation to hospital.
  3. Guests are not permitted to shift room furniture / facilities provided in the room.  Guests should not deface walls, doors, windows, damage furniture, etc. in any part of the Hotel. The Management reserves the right to impose a fine for any shifting, damaging, defacing etc and double the cost of the damaged property will be recovered from the Guest.
  4. Treat your room and the premises like your own home. Guests must keep the hotel neat and clean and permit the staff to clean the room on a regular basis.
  5. Playing loud music or creating noise or disturbance of any kind is strictly prohibited.  Guests are required to disclose all their private electrical equipment that will be used in the room.  Guests should not make misuse Phones, Lap tops and Computers.  Any misuse of internet shall be dealt with strictly and according to law.
  6. A limited parking facility is available on first come first serve basis. 
  7. Guests are not allowed to make unions or groups  based on caste, religion or region.
  8. All lights, fans, air conditioners, electronic equipment are to be switched off when no one is in the room.
  9. Guests must follow the Breakfast meal timings strictly, adjustments shall not be made for Breakfast times. You are free to order food during the rest of the day from the Cafeteria. However you have to come to the Dining area to take your order. 
  10. If Guests have any complaints regarding hotel or cafeteria facilities they should inform only the Management Representative only. 
  11. Guests shall not hand over the RFID CARD of her room to anybody except to the Management of UREST. Loss of Card should be intimated to the Management immediately. Replacement of card will be at a cost of Rs. 500/-
  12. Persons attending personal complaints of the guests, like repairs of computer, laptop or any other equipment are not allowed to enter into the rooms. All such type of complaints is to be attended in Reception area only.
  1. Residents are responsible for all their personal belongings and valuable items like mobile phone, laptop, computer, watches and money etc and should ensure that door and windows of their rooms are properly secured at all times. UREST is not responsible for any loss of personal items.
  1. For long term stay, Guests intending to terminate their stay earlier than the mentioned period are required to give one month’s advance notice in writing or pay the full amount of the fees for the above said period in lieu of the notice period. At the end of the notice period, the guest will automatically vacate UREST and handover peaceful possession of the accommodation provided to her to the Management of UREST.
  1. UREST reserves the Rights to revise the Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions from time to time and will keep the residents informed of any changes.
  1. A resident residing at UREST is under the purview of this institution and is governed by the rules and regulations herein mentioned. Residents found breaking any Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions at UREST are under the purview of this Hotel and are liable for expulsion from UREST.
