REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Short Term Stay

At UREST, short term stay is considered a period of 1 day to 29 days. Short term stay rates are applicable.

➼ Prior to 15 days from Check-In: 25% Penalty

➼ Between 7-15 days from Check-In: 50 % Penalty

➼ Between 3-7 days from Check-In: 75 % Penalty

➼ Within 3 days from Check-In: 100% Penalty

Long Term Stay

Long Term stay is considered a period from 30 days to 365 Days.

➼ No refund will be given on booking for three months ( 1 Quarter)

➼ If yo u have booked for over a period of three months, you have to give 1 month notice. Urest will deduct the rate for one month stay and refund the remaining amount to you.
