Our Rules and Services

  1. Urest services include Breakfast all the days of the week and Dinner Monday to Friday. Breakfast includes a fresh juice/milkshake, mix fruit bowl, an indian dish, freshly baked breads, cereal, tea and eggs to order. DInner is only from Monday to Friday (dal, roti, sabzi, rice and salad). We also have a cafetaria that you can order salads, sandwiches, drinks and snacks. You have to come to the Dining to have this. Breakfast Timings is 8 am to 10 am on all working days and 8.30 to 10.30 amd on weekends and holidays, DInner from 7 to 8.30 pm. You can request for a dinner tiffin
  2. No one is allowed to the guests room. Friends, parents can meet you in the common dining area
  3. You can come as late as you like. The only requirement is that you fill an online Late Arrival form before 8 pm on the same day, so that the night lady guard can allow you in. This is for your own security. Forms will late mean that you will not be allowed in.
  4. We clean the rooms twice a week and change the sheets once out of that twice. You can avail of additional cleaning at Rs 100 per day.
  5. Laundry services are outsource @ Rs 20 per cloth. They come washed an ironed the next day. We do not take any guarantee for this.
  6. No access to kitchen is allowed. No room service for food or any other requirements.
  7. You will have to sign an MOU for stays longer than 30 days agreeing to comply and abide by our rules and regulations. A copy of this MOU can be sent to you prior to booking
  8. No packing of food allowed
  9. No taking crockery up to your room
