At UREST we aim to create a safe, friendly and comfortable Hotel for you to live independently. We offer a space that believes in your right to privacy and freedom. However, UREST is a community where we live together and there is a need to adhere to Rules and Regulations to ensure that the space created by us is positive, vibrant and mature.

For long term stay you need to fill the following form –https://uresthome.com/ establishing the purpose of your stay in Mumbai. In addition you will be sent an MOU which you need to sign and send back to us.

On arrival, please carry a masked Aadhar Card. 

No you are not allowed to cook in the room. There is a hot water kettle which you can use for tea, coffee and a fridge to stock food items.

Please do not carry any rice/noodle maker or any other electric appliance used for cooking or heating . It is not allowed

There is a deadline of 11 pm. However if you need to come in later, you have to fill in the Service Request Form, available on our app and let us know. You can also fill this form, if you are coming back the next morning.

No you are not allowed to take visitors up to your room. However UREST has a cafe and dining area on the ground floor and you can enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee with your guests/parents/guardians there.

Yes you can order food from apps like Swiggy and Zomato. However you will have to come to the reception to collect it.

We will replace the card at a charge of Rs. 500.

Your room will be cleaned twice a week. If you need more than this, you can request room cleaning at an additional cost.
